Urgent Requirement – Senior Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager for a Real Estate company in Andheri – West (Walkable distance from station)


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Display expertise in the management of P&L for the organization.
  • Drive annual budgets, financial forecasting, financial reports and projections for accurate reporting.
  • Should be apt at handling internal & external audits, managing statutory compliances as per requirements.
  • Controlling and monitoring of balance sheets with respect to time and costing.
  • Manage periodic cash flows with insights, and provide management in-depth analysis of fund flow reports.
  • Will be responsible for financial planning and analysis of business.
  • Maintaining of management of information systems.
  • Lead the growth strategy, should have in-depth knowledge of fundraising and investor relations.
  • Focus on the execution of the fund raising deals through varied types of financing (Term-loan, NCDs, commercial papers (unsecured loan), line of credit, working capital, inter-corporate deposits, etc.)
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with corporate clients, with other developers/investors in projects, bankers/financial institutions and other investors, etc.
  • Raising funds for capex and working capital purpose for corporates, syndication of project debt obligations for both existing, new and for expansion of projects; Refinancing of existing debt of the company.
  • Liaising with the bankers, valuers, legal advocates, IPAs, NSDL, debenture trustees, etc. on a routine basis for existing loan accounts.
  • Support information for financial and legal due diligence and reporting requirements of lenders /investors in the project.
  • Analyzing the term sheet/sanction letter/draft agreements/mortgaged deed & other security documents.
  • Should have experience in handling negotiations for strategic alliances and add insights to every project.
  • Should be involved in the evaluation of projects, lands and buildings.

  • Should display leadership skills and understand how to handle various individuals in an organization across levels.
  • Should be able to deal with ambiguity and have a go-getter attitude.

Experience required:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in real estate industry.
